Free Returns – 30-Day Guarantee

You may return any eligible item for free within 30 days of purchase if:

The item doesn’t work as expected
The item doesn’t fit
The item arrived damaged or defective

Contact our support team and email nab@curiosity2create.org to start the return process. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and guide you through the steps. Please include order numbers and receipts in email.

Exchanges are also accepted in the case of a piece of clothing not fitting, but the product must still meet the conditions for return.

All Returns must be made with 30 days of purchase and refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned in its original condition (unless it arrived damaged).
Items must include all original packaging, accessories, and tags (if applicable).
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

What Can’t Be Returned

We do not accept returns on items that:

Have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage caused by the user
Are returned more than 30 days after the purchase date
