Free Returns – 30-Day Guarantee

You may return any eligible item for free within 30 days of purchase if:

  • The item doesn’t work as expected
  • The item doesn’t fit
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

Contact our support team and email nab@curiosity2create.org to start the return process. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and guide you through the steps. Please include order numbers and receipts in email.

Exchanges are also accepted in the case of a piece of clothing not fitting, but the product must still meet the conditions for return. 

​All Returns must be made with 30 days of purchase and refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition (unless it arrived damaged).
  • Items must include all original packaging, accessories, and tags (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

What Can’t Be Returned

We do not accept returns on items that:

  • Have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage caused by the user
  • Are returned more than 30 days after the purchase date
